Please note:
- The Super-Frozen Bluefin Tuna Belly / Toro is super frozen to minus 60 degrees Celsius within hours of harvest. It can be stored in a conventional home freezer for approximately 1 week before oxidation occurs. We recommend consuming the toro before its colour starts to change.
- Once defrosted, the product must be used.
